Our client is a global, market leader within the HVAC space seeking a hungry and confident Area Manager to join their Sydney team. This role will focus on building owners, councils, engineers and contractors, and is ideal for a motivated sales professional who seeks strong growth opportunities.
The Role :
- Proactively grow portfolio through new and existing clients across the Sydney metro territory, focusing on tier 1-3 mechanical contractors
- Deliver on budgeted financials and consistently exceed growth targets within the assigned territory
- Manage key accounts and monitor performance through regular site visits, reviews and call planning
- Ensure effective price management, including implementing price rises and managing credits
- Utilise CRM for reporting, pipeline management, and account planning
Your Background :
Sales experience across the HVAC, plumbing or commercial construction industriesStrong relationship building experience and track record of account growthUnderstanding of the construction industry and product lifecycleExceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationshipsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environmentApply :
