About Our Role

As the front face of the Coronary Care Unit, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and another administration officer to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors
  • Answering phones and responding to enquiries
  • Managing admissions, discharges, and patient transport
  • Preparing and distributing daily reports

Ordering supplies and maintaining records and filing systems

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • About You

  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy hospital environment
  • A clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in administrative systems and comfortable using hospital software (experience in a healthcare setting desirable)
