- About the Opportunity
As the Technology Support Officer, you will provide excellent first level customer service to internal stakeholders with a solid sense of urgency whilst being able to prioritise compelling tasks.
Alongside this, you will also provide advice on the continuous improvement of IT Service Desk function and system software for CCIWA; and ensure the Corporations Client systems are maintained to the highest possible standards of technical best practice management.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Field incoming technology support requests from end users, keep track, resolve, and escalate where required.
- Assist with the on boarding of new users and departure of existing users.
- Support a fleet of Microsoft Intune Windows 10 laptops and iOS enrolled mobile devices.
- Manage users access within the Microsoft Azure / Dynamics / Office platforms.
- Assist in the administration of the Microsoft Azure / Dynamics / Office platforms.
- Support video conferencing, telephony and printing systems.
- Assist in Cyber Security monitoring.
- Maintain technology documentation and assist in amending processes relevant to the role.
- Maintain the asset management system.
- About You
You will have :
- Information Technology bachelor's degree / tertiary education.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Azure AD.
- Knowledge of computer networking.
- Experience with IT Support ticketing system.
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
Desired :
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Experience with Microsoft Defender Security Suite.
A police clearance and current drivers licence is essential.
