The Opportunity :

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Pyrmont

You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following :

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Providing support with Hydrotherapy session along with the client (waist down in water)
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
• Parking on site
