The Opportunity :

We are looking for a Disability support worker to be a part of our team in Pyrmont

You will be responsible for, but not limited to :

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home

• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

Shift Times

Monday 7am-10 : 30am

Tuesday 7am - 10 : 30am

Wednesday 7am-10 : 30am

Thursday 7am-3pm and 7pm-9pm

Friday 7am-3pm

Saturdays 7am-10 : 30am

Sundays 7am -10 : 30am and 12pm-4 : 30pm

Saturday and Sunday nights 7pm-9pm
