Job descriptionA passionate, caring and empathetic personality is essential. Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training. Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable; current nursing students will also be considered. Experience in aged care, disability, or community settings. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain. Competitive rates. Overview

Responsibilities
- Support clients in the community with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
- Help clients live independently at home by assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation and companionship.
