About the Role : As a Registered Nurse at Juniper Aged Care, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. You'll also mentor and support care staff, and ensure compliance with AN-ACC assessments to maintain top-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement tailored care plans for residentsAddress concerns and requests from families and carers in collaboration with the Residential ManagerStay current with aged care documentation requirementsWork with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residentsMentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performanceIdentify and address training needs for clinical and care staffEnsure compliance with aged care standards and regulationsKey Requirements : Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settingsStrong planning, coordination, and mentoring skillsAbility to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsWhat's On Offer : Flexibility : Full-time, part-time, and casual roles availableCompetitive salary ranging from $101,653 to $126,379 per annum + 11% superannuationSubsidised accommodation and relocation assistanceVariety of shifts available (morning, afternoon, and night duty)Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 p / aRelocation Support : For those relocating to regional Western Australia, we offer support with flights and initial accommodation to ensure a smooth transition.
