Contract Administrator – Contract Role

We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to join on a contract basis , working across flagship new build and refurbishment projects in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Directors, Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the successful delivery of major projects while building your experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We are also open to overseas Quantity Surveyors currently in Australia on Working Holiday Visas , making this a great chance to gain valuable local project experience with leading builders.

Your Responsibilities

• Contract Management : Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
• Cost Control : Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favourable terms.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
• Tender Process : Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
