Contract and Tender Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Contract and Tender Manager to join a growing business in the resource recovery and infrastructure sector. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team working on major projects that make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on tendering, negotiations, and contract management, helping secure new opportunities and build strong partnerships. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to support commercial outcomes and drive growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and expressions of interest.
• Negotiate and manage customer and supplier contracts to ensure commercial and legal alignment.
• Identify and track opportunities to build a robust project pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate contractual obligations into operational delivery.
• Oversee contract governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Provide clear reporting on tender activity, commercial outcomes, and project performance.
