Exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia’s biggest builders on a major Defence project in South Australia.

About the Role

As Design Manager, you’ll oversee design delivery across the full lifecycle – from concept through to construction. You’ll coordinate building services, structural, and architectural inputs to make sure the project runs to scope, time, cost, and quality. You’ll work closely with senior project leaders, clients, and consultants on one of the most significant Defence projects currently underway.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate design inputs across all disciplines.
• Drive the design program and deliverables against project milestones.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and constructibility of design outputs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design issues.
• Lead Safety in Design and value management processes.
