Senior Design Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Design Manager to join our Design team based in Brisbane . The role is critical in ensuring the consistency, efficiency and quality of our store development projects through the execution and delivery of 7-Eleven’s design standards and practices.

The Design Manager will work closely with our internal team such as property and construction as well as external stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure our store designs meet the 7-Eleven brief and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert during concept design, schematic design, and construction documentation stages.
• Assist with feasibility design and store layouts using Revit software.
• Complete store walks, site assessments and review and signoff all concept designs.
• Ensure our external signage partner has all signage disciplines delivered to our specification and Australian Standards (Architectural, Mech, Elec, Hydraulics).
