Key Tasks & Responsibilities Protect throughput and honour SLAs to all customers (internal and external) as specified in the SLA document Provide people and labour requirements based on business forecasts to support proactive workforce planning, and report on variances Collaborate with Planning and Merchandise teams to assess storage capacity and inventory flow Conduct monthly 1 : 1s with Supervisors and TLs focusing on succession planning, performance management, and role development Develop and implement Risk Assessments (RAs), Safe Working Procedures (SWPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in consultation with OH&S representatives and team members Create, review, update, and communicate all RAs, SWPs, and SOPs across the DC through structured processes Maintain schedules for equipment and infrastructure maintenance to ensure operational readiness Provide real-time coaching and feedback to TLs and Supervisors to support development and agility Identify operational issues impacting SLAs, involve relevant departments, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within 48 hours for any SLA failures Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying at least 3 areas for 1% improvement per quarter aligned with OKRs Ensure optimal operation of people, processes, and systems to meet business targets Assess IT equipment needs and coordinate with Infrastructure Manager for scalability Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company growth, service expectations, and cost-efficiency goals Attributes and Experience Inspiring leadership of diverse, humble, hungry, and smart teams Strategic planning to optimize operations and resource management Effective communication supporting teamwork and goal alignment Data-driven issue resolution Budget management and financial analysis Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant technologies Promotion of safety culture and regulatory compliance Effective prioritization to meet deadlines and manage workloads Show us why you want to be part of the fastest growing brand by turning your application upside down and blowing it out of the water!
