    • Team Assistant
    • with a positive, 'can-do' attitude to support the
    • Office Services
    • team. Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, working part-time (3 days per week) in our Perth office.
    • This is a diverse and fast-paced role, with key responsibilities including (but not limited to) :

    • Greet clients and visitors
    • Handle ingoing and outgoing phone calls
    • Manage room bookings in Outlook calendar
    • Assist with setup and packdown of meeting rooms
    • Assist with ordering catering, service of catering, and client refreshments
    • Support Office Manager with co-ordination of functions and events
    • Other_ ad hoc_ administration tasks as required
    • Skills and experience
    • Agile and responsive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and basic Excel
    • Previous experience in a corporate environment or a hospitality background would be advantageous.
