Job Description
The Operations Manager- Australia at Evercam will bridge the gap across Commercial, Technical, and Business Operations. This role involves arranging installations and maintenance visits with our customers and partners, sourcing new partners, managing commercial and business operations for the APAC region, solving business problems, and driving improvements. Confidence in direct customer and partner engagement, and the ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
Overall Role & Responsibilities :
The Operations Director for the AU region at Evercam will bridge the gap across Commercial, Technical, and Business Operations.
Externally, the role involves arranging installations and maintenance visits with our customers and partners, sourcing new partners and ensuring smooth installations, ongoing customer experience of Evercam and decommissioning where relevant.
Internally, the role is a leadership one which involves working with other senior Evercam management (currently GM APAC) to :

Requirements
Record of overseeing the planning, scheduling and smooth delivery of multiple projects, including the allocation of resources.
Experience of recruiting, mentoring and performance managing a team
Proven ability to deliver process and service improvement in a fast paced environment.
Effective financial planning, budget and cost management
Ability to build relationships with enterprise customers, especially at a senior level
Previous experience in either a software or construction related company
Previous experience with reality capture / CCTV hardware and software
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.
Solid experience in hardware and software installation, and maintenance coordination
Keen interest in technology with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
Initiative and independence in solving problems.
Confidence in personal judgment and decision-making.
Ability to work with limited support due to time zone constraints.
Experience in a high-growth, early-stage start-up environment.
Willingness to be actively involved across various aspects of the company.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
While this is a remote role, we are giving priority to candidates based in NSW, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
