Client Services Officer

SGS is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the team located near Perth Airport.

The responsibilities though not limited to will include :

• Respond to and maintain records of client inquirers regarding the laboratorys capabilities service offers and the progress of analytical work
• Generate and finalise invoices issue reports as necessary to meet client requests
• Ensure analytical data quality checks are approved by NATA signatories monitor and taking action on reporting controls
• Collaborating with the Laboratory Manager check invoices against service offers contracts client requests and services delivered to ensure work is fully costed in line with current charges and business policies
• Assist with payment record management COD invoices and client contacts when required
