About the RoleLocated at our thriving Westminster clinic, the Clinic Support Leader will work closely with the Clinic Team Leader by managing the commercial side of the clinic and its team.
The role provides overall profitability and accountability for the day to day operations of the clinic and some of the key aspects of the role include :
Managing clinic schedules by proactively planning and managing therapy team bookingsProviding guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasising the areas for improvementEnsuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed :Client records are complete and up to date;Working closely with our client engagement teamCovering CTL absences to support the clinic teamAbout YouDemonstrated experience in scheduling or rosteringExcellent time management and organisational skillsSound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or SalesforceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.Good analytical and problem solving skills to create logical and practical solutionsCurrent or willing to obtain :
