Gough is representing a leading, ASX-listed residential property developer who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative assistance with respect to the execution and settlement of Contracts of Sale as well as pre and post contract customer related matters.
This position will be offered initially on a 12-month maximum term contract with full-time hours and based in Perth CBD.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all customer queries as they arise, ensuring the resolution of issues and as necessary, providing ongoing follow-up to maximise customer satisfaction.Thorough examination of sales and contract documentation in both the preparation and execution phases.Assist the wider business with the production of written customer communication to purchasers, residents and other stakeholders as required.Prepare and maintain detailed post contract reporting to assist in both the identification and mitigation of settlement risk.Preparation of detailed reporting to provide key analytics to the wider business on sales, and post contract related matters.About YouThe successful will be able to work as part of a team by building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships, demonstrating effective communication skills to progress sales and contract processes and resolve customer inquiries.
