The Role

We are seeking an experienced, high‑performing Account Executive to join our commercial team as a key sales operator in the Australian market. You will drive enterprise sales, larger practices, hospital groups and health systems by building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers. Your focus will be on selling our suite of AI products of autonomous Heidi’s with the goal of ensuring Heidi wins across the Australian market. This position requires a proven individual contributor in Enterprise SaaS who can jump into active deals and lead by example in a highly motivated team. You must have a winning track record in software sales, ideally a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape matched with a killer instinct for enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise sales opportunities within the Australian market, building relationships with key stakeholders across larger practices, hospital groups, clinics and health systems.
  • Deliver a strong performance as an individual contributor, set a standard of sales excellence and lead by example when it comes to sales process and execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using product usage signals, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Use solution‑based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our autonomous AI products.
  • Execute closely with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive market growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3‑5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast‑growth tech.
  • Operates independently in a lean hyper‑speed team with excellent communication and negotiation skills, building deep trust with senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Acts as a mentor to up‑and‑coming sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes to deliver results.
  • Highly autonomous, high ownership, self‑motivated and results‑driven, thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
