The Role

Based in Perth, you will oversee the delivery of home care services across Regional WA and Perth Metro. You will play a pivotal role in unifying teams, practice, and ways of working, while advocating for local needs with a deep understanding of the WA context. This is a hands-on operational role that will see you drive high-quality care delivery and case management practice, with a strong focus on performance across client experience, employee engagement, clinical indicators, and service growth. The role requires regular travel across offices in Belmont, Busselton, and Albany.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in healthcare, management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability, or aged care management
• Ability to work to KPIs and deliver quality services within budget
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams
• Current Driver's License
