We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving growth across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and implement programs to retain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, aligning with business needs.
  • Client Engagement : Identify client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, field teams) and industry stakeholders (e.g., financial planning, asset management) to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Process Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of Key Account & Client Management policies and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management : Build and nurture relationships with clients and key business stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
