About the role

The Manager, Enterprise Risk at Cbus plays a pivotal role within the Group Risk team, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Fund's enterprise risk management framework. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk & Assurance you will oversee key risk policies, support risk profiling, maintain accurate risk documentation and will prepare reports for various stakeholders supporting cyclical risk management activities. This role will foster a strong risk culture across the organisation and will ensure compliance with regulatory expectations. By promoting awareness and understanding of risk frameworks, the Manager Enterprise Risk helps uplift capability and embed good risk practices through the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and embed Cbus' enterprise risk management framework and key policies such as Risk Management Strategy, Risk Appetite Frameworks and Operational Risk Management Frameworks
• Support risk profiling, appetite reviews and reporting on risk tolerance and capital requirements
• Ensure accuracy of risk data and documentation including; registers, policies and GRG system inputs
• Prepare risk reports and contribute to Board and Committee papers, supporting risk culture uplift
• Assist with cyclical risk activities, fraud risk assessments, insurance renewals and risk transformation initiatives
