The Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator is essential for overseeing national freight movements for our tier 1 Oil & Gas customer. Freight movements could be via road, air, or sea ensuring we are delivering a top service to our customer. This role serves as the primary escalation point for the customer for their freight movements, ensuring seamless logistics services and being front face to the customer.

Key responsibilities include booking freight with contractors, overseeing interstate movement, and following the shipment from pickup to delivery to the customer while providing updates. Utilising digital manifest systems ensures accurate documentation and tracking. We seek a motivated individual for our Largs North facility who is dedicated to safety and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
