Sparrow’s Philly Cheesesteaks is expanding! We’re a fast‑growing, high‑energy food brand serving authentic cheesesteaks in Melbourne. We are looking for a confident, outgoing and passionate General Manager to lead our team across two store locations and our food truck.

About the Role

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple sites, manage and motivate staff, maintain inventory and budgets, and be the personality of our brand. You’ll ensure our stores run smoothly, our customers leave smiling, and our truck stays rolling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two locations and a food truck
• Lead, train, and mentor staff
• Deliver an energetic, customer‑focused environment
• Manage budgets, sales reporting and expenditure
• Maintain stock levels and monitor sales performance
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with food safety & workplace standards
• Drive and maintain a manual food truck (manual licence required)
• Represent the Sparrow’s brand with confidence and enthusiasm
