Job descriptionThe role will consist of the following Communication of all applicable correspondence from internal & external stakeholders daily. Management of all labour & equipment resources on site including timesheets, payrolling, roster planning, training & daily operations. Management & coordination of all incidents in field. Partaking in safety leadership activities. Conducting of landfill / workshop inspections. Experience in a FIFO site supervisor or HR operating role - HR License Required. Knowledge and experience with implementing effective safe start, stop work & toolbox procedures. Work in accordance with site policies & procedures. Great communication skills. Ability to problem solve. A solid and strong focus on safety. KingKira is a traditional Aboriginal owned business with deep market knowledge and strong industry networks to deliver specialized recruitment and labour hire services to clients throughout Western Australia.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced or budding site supervisor on an 8 / 6 roster in the Pilbara. This role is permanent and ongoing.
