About the RoleAs MedAdvisor continues to grow rapidly we are seeking a passionate and driven Head of People & Culture to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting to the COO, this role will see you providing strategic and operational support across our offices in Australia, UK, and USA. Given the global nature of this role, flexible hours will be required to support international teams across different time zones. This will be a hybrid role.
As the Head of People & Culture, you will beResponsible for establishing and overseeing the implementation of People initiatives in line with the P&C roadmap and Company objectivesBeing hands on with day-to-day People operations, supporting the Executive teamBuilding rapport and trust to enable true stakeholder engagementOverseeing and ensuring compliance within P&CLeading and coaching a passionate high performing global P&C teamWe're looking for someone who hasPrevious experience working in a senior HR Manager or People & Culture role leading a small team for at least 3 yearsEnjoys defining and implementing People & Culture initiatives, whilst managing the operationsHigh attention to detailsExperience implementing people initiatives and projects in line with the People & Culture planThe ability to discern priorities and manage stakeholder expectationsExcellent written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (essential)Why MedAdvisor?
