Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management
- Spearhead the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
- Implement hands-on strategies to enhance the employee experience and strengthen the employer-employee relationship
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to forge robust partnerships that propel the company's vision and goals forward
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to reinforce the employee value proposition and enhance our brand as an employer of choice
- Performance Management and Culture Development
- Oversee performance management initiatives, providing guidance that fosters and enhances team capabilities
- Shape and nurture the development of our company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Global Employee Relations Expertise
- Handle global employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, cultivating a workplace culture grounded in positivity and respect.
- Leverage strong ER experience to support our global business effectively
- People Strategy Development
- Develop and execute the people strategy aligned with Learning and Development, elevating skills and capabilities across the organisation
- Collaborate closely with Finance to align People strategies with financial objectives
- Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Support the end-to-end talent process, sourcing and selecting top-tier talent to meet the diverse needs of our rapidly growing organisation
- Exceptional stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organisational levels
- Proficiency in providing comprehensive HR advice, encompassing policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships across the business, with a focus on a hand on approach
