We're looking for a driven, connected, and commercial Business Development Manager to launch and grow our presence in the ANZ market.

This is a new role with a high-performing global digital marketing agency, recently awarded Best Large PPC Agency in APAC. They've built a strong international reputation across eCommerce, retail, and lead-gen — now they're ready to bring that same energy to Sydney, and they need a hunter to lead the charge.

What You'll Be Doing Hunt & Close : Actively prospect and win new business directly from brands across Australia and NZ — think retailers, eComm brands, tech companies, and more.Leverage Your Network : Tap into your Sydney-based network to create warm leads and open doors. While agency contacts can help, this is all about selling to brands.Sell the Solution : Pitch and sell a full suite of managed digital marketing services – Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and more.Be the Face in Market : Represent the agency at events, lead client conversations, and build our presence locally.Grow Existing Accounts : Spot upsell opportunities and help turn wins into long-term partnerships.Collaborate & Deliver : Work closely with delivery teams globally to ensure clients get results.What We're Looking For 5+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development, ideally within digital marketing, media, or adtechMust be based in Sydney with an existing network of brand-side marketers / decision-makersProven hunter — confident generating and closing your own pipelineSolid understanding of digital marketing (Paid Media especially) — no need to be hands-on, but you should know the lingoStrong communicator — able to win trust, pitch clearly, and work with senior stakeholdersExperience using CRM tools like Salesforce, and comfortable with forecasting and reportingSelf-motivated, commercially minded, and excited by the chance to build something from scratchWhat's On Offer Competitive base + commission (OTE $160K–$180K+)Flexible hybrid setup – optional coworking spaceTravel allowance for in-person meetings & eventsWork with a global, tight-knit team of digital expertsRegular team trips, industry events & learning opportunitiesThis is your chance to own the ANZ growth story for an award-winning digital agency.
