As the National Office Manager, you'll ensure smooth and efficient workplace management - from daily operations and vendor relationships to staff onboarding and major office projects.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant and working closely with the People & Culture and Business Administration teams, you'll drive office efficiency, culture-building initiatives, and operational excellence that keeps the entire business running seamlessly.DUTIESLead the day-to-day management of office operations nationally, including project managing fit-outs, relocations, and process improvementsManage vendor relationships, building services, facilities, maintenance, and all consumables across office locationsOwn office budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimisation, ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient outcomesCoordinate onboarding of new staff in partnership with the People team, ensuring a seamless experienceSupport cultural initiatives such as social events, recognition programs, and internal staff experiencesOversee travel arrangements, internal events, and major office-wide celebrations and conferencesRepresent the business as a first point of contact and champion of client service and professionalismTravel occasionally to other office locations to provide hands-on support and ensure national alignmentSKILLS & EXPERIENCE3-5 years' experience in office management, ideally across multiple sitesProven experience managing office relocations and / or fit-out projectsStrong background in stakeholder management, including vendors, landlords, and internal teamsExperience supporting People & Culture / HR processes, including onboardingStrong administrative, planning, and communication skills - written and verbalTech-savvy with confidence using Microsoft Office and project / HR systemsOrganised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressureAble to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team playerBENEFITSGenuinely inclusive team environment!High-visibility national role with meaningful impactFlexibility for occasional travel and work-life balanceAccess to employee-led culture initiatives and wellness programsWork in a values-driven business that genuinely cares about peoplePotential opportunity to stay on post-contractOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSAt Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
