Job descriptionfull time or part time position working Monday to Friday Part time opportunities are a nine day fortnight or four day week Office Manager you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic. Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that rotate around the Canberra clinics Plan and manage daily clerical staff rostering Manage the clinic's daily appointment schedule Work closely with the Regional manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist / s Fitness passport, including full gym access and a range of classes Supportive management that values your well-being Discounted and bulk billed scans and services for you and your family Flexible start times to suit your preferences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
What we're looking for :
People management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position.
A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Ability to work across all four clinics as required - Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, Tuggeranong
