This is achieved through technical, commercial and leadership experience to bring the Brand Belief to life and enrich the lives of our customers.

- Store Operation Focus : Effectively manage the inventory integrity of all retail products
- Ensure that all processes and activities within the store are aligned and compliant with the relevant legislation or advice
- Along with the other team leaders, develop and maintain the roster of the team to ensure it can meet the needs of the store and customers
- Be capable of demonstrating a knowledge of the relevant systems needed to operate the store
- Understanding the learning opportunities available to you and your team and providing them with time to complete training to support their ongoing development
- Where possible, maintain your knowledge of the key products within your team's area of expertise related to beauty and health
- Ensure that all Team Members understand Sister Club program and follow the correct procedures when dealing with Sister Club Customers both new and existing
- Participate in and lead your team to be involved with Sisterhood campaigns during the year
- Actively find ways to promote the Sisterhood and raise funds outside of normal campaigns
- Driving profitability within the controllable areas of financial management for the store
- Analysing and adapting the store results to strategically adjust the business plan where necessary to ensure continued growth

- Requirements
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Skills & Experience
- A leader who is genuinely connected with teaching technical skill, coaching behavioural capability, and creating a working culture for a motivated and successful team
- Infectious energy and drive

- Keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with spending less time behind a counter and more time with the customer

- 60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Experience
- Retail management : 3 years (preferred)
