The Position

Leading a small and capable in-house team, you’ll drive strategic campaigns that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support long-term business goals. Your experience across digital, content, PR, and events will be key to delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact.

• Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent communications
• Lead content, digital, event and lead nurture campaigns
• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency partners
• Mentor and guide a small internal marketing team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing to business objectives

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally within property / real estate
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Results-driven with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
