OSMOSIS is a Professional, Disruptive Skincare Brand. Dr Ben Johnson, founder and formulator, delivers patented, results driven skincare, and wellness technology to holistically restore skin function.

Due to expansion in our Australian market, we are seeking a Passionate, Creative and Driven Business Development Manager to take the lead on growth in the QLD territory.

Ideally based in Brisbane or Gold Coast, QLD.

Qualifications & experience Essential : Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Sciences. 5+ years working experience, either in clinic or within a similar position. Strong interest in the holistic approach to treating skin with a background in skin science, health and / or nutrition. Drive and motivation to succeed, with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve. Positive, collaborative attitude. We are a dynamic, fun supportive team. Exisiting relationships with key clinics within QLD would be advantageous. Must have a car, valid drivers license, and the right to work in Australia. Local, regional and occasional interstate travel required Tasks & responsibilities Creating and nurturing strong relationships with existing Osmosis Partners, supporting business growth and development. Prospecting, networking and creatively sourcing new business opportunities using a defined sales strategy for the QLD territory. Delivering online and face to face, hands on training in all aspects of Osmosis Skin and Wellness products using existing education platforms. Contributing to the team as a valued member with ideas and strategies to facilitate growth in all aspects of the business. General administrative management and reporting.
