Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Accurate and timely data entry of vendor invoices Account statement reconciliations Managing vendor enquiries and resolving issues Processing payments to the bank Investigating and resolving parked invoice reports Liaising with site teams regarding purchase orders What We're Looking For Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry (essential) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high volumes and prioritise workload Experience with reconciliations (essential) Basic Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work independently Experience in a similar industry (desirable) Qualifications Completion of Year 12 or equivalent Additional Excel training or certifications (desirable) Why Barminco?
