Your EmployerOur client is a family-owned, vertically integrated goat meat business based in southeast Queensland, with operations extending from farm to customer. They specialise in premium-quality goat meat for diverse domestic markets, with a strong reputation for innovation, customer care, and value-chain control. The Role This Account Manager position blends operational involvement with strategic sales growth. The successful candidate will strengthen and manage customer relationships, finalise orders, oversee logistics, and coordinate delivery operations, while also driving revenue growth and streamlining systems. Key responsibilities : Manage customer accounts, relationships, and order fulfilment Oversee delivery logistics, including occasional driving of HR vehicle Conduct quality checks of carcass / meat products Coordinate accounts receivable with professional follow-up Collaborate on strategic sales plans and value-add opportunities Weekly travel between Esk, Brisbane & Gold Coast Liaise with processing partners and maintain supply chain accuracy About You You are a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in the meat industry, confident in both operational tasks and customer-focused sales. You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy building lasting client relationships.Essential Criteria : Experience in meat sales, carcass handling, and product knowledge Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence or ability to obtain one Ability to manage accounts receivable confidently Availability for key seasonal festivals (e.g. Eid, Ramadan, Qurbani) Desirable : Forklift licence Exposure to logistics / sales automation platforms Experience with culturally diverse clients Small business background The Benefits : Salary : $90,000 – $110,000 p.a. + 12% superannuation Company vehicle Laptop, phone, and printer provided Flexible work setting (field-based + home office) High level of autonomy Exposure to the full farm-to-customer supply chain Choose Agri TalentAgri Talent provides permanent recruitment and executive search services exclusively for Australian agribusiness.
