• The Opportunity
• Depending on your seniority and experience, your role will involve planning, developing and executing the Workforce Program Initiative (WPI)
• Lead, plan and manage, or support the development and delivery of People projects, and initiatives to achieve business outcomes
• Capture resource requirements, forecast future resource needs
• Monitor the deployment of resources - postings, training etc
• Assessing training needs,
• Extensive stakeholder engagement
• Workforce risk and issues reporting and other tasks as required
• About you
• Extensive experience in Defence and workforce planning (in a similar role) in the Defence (ADF / CASG) context
• Current / recent experience in the Defence environment
• Hold an current NV1 Clearance or be eligible to obtain one (note only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth / Defence Security Clearance.
