Buyers Agent

Job Title :    Buyers Agent

Location :   Sunshine Coast

Salary :    Up to $100,000 package

The Role :

• Sourcing off-market property opportunities
• Building relationships with local sales agents to access their Purchaser lists
• Local networking initiatives for organic client referral
• Negotiate on behalf of local or interstate purchasers / investors
• Act on behalf of 15-20 purchasers at once, realistically 1-2 purchasers per week
• Keep up to date with market trends, recent sales and new listings, specifically off-market opportunities
• Attend valuations / building and pest inspections on behalf of your clients, or in-person to act as a third party

The Person :

• Must have QLD real estate certificate or license
• Sales background is essential and a fun and vibrant personality is critical
• Deep knowledge of local markets, specifically Sunshine Coast region
• Adaptable to new / fresh approach to real estate purchasing, our clients are a boutique business thus personality and fitting in with company culture is important
• Reliable vehicle and QLD Driver’s License
• Previous occupations that would align with role would be real estate BDM, Salesperson within real estate or someone who understands how to build relationships and nurture a sales pipeline
