Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, empowering leaders to act with confidence and clarity. Provide strategic HR and workforce planning aligned to business objectives. Champion a high-performance culture through career development, performance management and talent initiatives. Lead and support complex employee relations matters with sound judgement, grounded in employment legislation, policy and our Values. Partner on organisational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
