Digital Marketing Executive

Job descriptionThe design and creation of artwork for multiple channels (digital and print) - website, social media, intranet, posters, newsletters, flyers across the Portfolio. Ensure websites are up to date with relevant information to support revenue driving opportunities for the hotels, including national and brand campaigns Create and implement SEO strategy and the online marketing plan to drive traffic and direct bookings. eDM creation and execution on time and on brand, aligned to revenue strategies. Monitoring and optimizing third party websites to ensure maximum performance for hotels, conference and events, and all food and beverage outlets. Reporting on performance to property-based teams to ensure alignment with revenue and sales strategy. Analysis of website data to identify opportunities for improved conversion. Qualifications Qualifications + minimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design position Ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns Good communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be a "_finisher_" An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude that likes to keep busy!
