Life's too short not to, right?Flexibility to strike the right balance for you between working at our Support Office and working from home.Generous discounts on our product range.Five weeks of annual leave offered at five years of service.A Customer Support Officer, with us, involvesProviding hands-on support to our customers, sales teams and the warehouse and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordination of customer deliveries to ensure deliveries are made in full and on time.Processing customer payments.Managing the allocation of stock, ensuring customer requirements are met.Answering phone calls of considerable volume daily and working as a team to ensure calls are answered promptly.Following-up expected delivery dates with customers.Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure optimise delivery efficiency.Assist the Accounts Receivable team with the processing of delivery invoices.Here's what we're looking forCooperative, friendly and supportive nature.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Proactive approach to resolving issues or potential issues.Confident customer service skills.Effective time management skills.Strong attention to detail.Competent and accurate computer skills.Team builder and team player.
