We are seeking a Community Support Officer / Scheduler to join our team due to our continuous growth. Based at our office in the brand-new Morris Moor complex, this Full Time opportunity forms an important part of our head office team.
Reporting into the Community Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for :
Liaising with clients / carers to schedule allied health servicesResponding to telephone calls, messages, booking requests and inquiries from clients, carers and internal and external stakeholders regarding cancellations or changes to scheduled servicesInitial administration on AlayaCare for new referralsResponding to requests regarding the rostering of client serviceData entry and general office dutiesDo you have what it takes?We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude.
