• NSW. The Mortgage Advisor / Broker will be responsible for sourcing new clients to Finnciti, conducting discovery meetings, providing expert lending advice & offering appropriate tailored mortgage solutions.
• Salary Range
• 75,000 to $85,000 per annum
• The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to
• Meeting clients to determine the specific financial requirements of clients, and researching, comparing and reviewing available finance products to meet clients' requirements
• Analysing clients' financial status, discussing financial options and developing financial strategies.
• Recommending suitable mortgage products that meet the client's needs and explaining loan features, terms and repayment obligations.
• Arranging home loan mortgages and other types of finance for clients through banks, lenders and financiers.
• Preparing documents which set out the conditions of finance, repayments and loan periods
• Broking complex and commercial leases, equipment finance, commercial finance, project finance and finance for property developers
• Follow compliance procedures, maintain accurate records and adhere to lending guidelines and other regulations.
• Providing ongoing support to clients after loan settlement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future prospective business.
• Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Australian mortgage industry.
• Required - Certificate IV in Mortgage / Finance Broking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant lending regulations and laws
• Knowledge of all types of residential loans.
• Knowledge of commercial, Asset finance, business and SMSF loans will be preferred
