Mortgage Broker

We are looking for an exceptional Mortgage Broker / Business Development professional who has an established referral source and proven track record in successfully originating deals based in Cronulla, NSW.

• In addition to sourcing your own deals, you may be provided with internally generated leads for you to follow through to settlement.
• The right person will have the relevant experience to step into this environment and take ownership of the entire loan process. This means you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in lending or in a mortgage brokering firm.

You will have a 'no limit' earning potential.

Experience working as a home loan processor

Enjoy dealing with 'outside the square' scenarios

Residential lending exposure, ideally dealing with multiple lenders

Previous commercial finance experience in the non-bank market

Previous construction finance experience

Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking)

Liaising with multiple Banks / Lenders, Settlement Agents and clients

Monitoring loans from submission to settlement

Excellent communications skills

Confident manner and strong people skills

Excellent computer literacy and accurate typing skills

A "Can do" attitude

The desire to grow as part of the team and company
