Business Development Manager

Job descriptionNo closing experience needed – full support and training provided 100% remote – work from anywhere within the Australia & New Zealand time zone Unlimited leave policy – results-focused with true flexibility Uncapped commissions – OTE of $110K+ based on realistic performance Work directly with the founder – hands-on training and development Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across SME segment Run end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, and deal management Tailor pitches using data and insights to address specific client needs Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to generate pipeline and campaign ideas Accurately maintain CRM activity and sales forecasting Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events A confident and proactive sales professional with strong phone-based experience (SDR, appointment setter, or similar) Excited by full-cycle sales and driven by meeting and exceeding targets A natural communicator who builds rapport easily with decision-makers like MDs and CFOs Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Curious, self-motivated, and ready to grow within a global business
