Position OverviewThe Business Development Manager will actively promote the hotel on local and national levels by securing new business, retaining existing accounts, and maximizing revenue from each account and inquiry. The role involves operating transparently and seamlessly to benefit both the sales department and the hotel, achieving budgeted occupancy and room rates, and maintaining market leadership in RevPAR and overall market share.
