We are looking for a dynamic, results orientated Leading Hand to guide our Powder Coating team in LEAN and safe operations at our Loganlea branch.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include.

Ideally you will have demonstrated prior history of leading a team and providing leadership in a dynamic environment.

You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
