The successful

• will be responsible for the below :
• Leading a highly skilled technical team responsible for the agency's Site Technology services
• Implementation of change technical management activities
• Communicate, build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the design and implementation of an operating model that reflects new ways of working

The successful

• Team Lead / Site Technology Services Lead
• will have experience in the following :
• Demonstrated experience leading technical resources delivering ICT services through ITIL
• Experience working with network vendors and providers
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to define successful new product requirements and implementation strategies
