We're looking for a confident, compassionate and proactive Human Resources Lead to guide our HR Operations team and champion an exceptional employee experience across Ability WA.
About the role Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you'll deliver values-driven HR services that support our people, leaders and long-term strategy.
In this role you will :
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing HR Operations and Recruitment teamDeliver HR strategies aligned to business growth and operational objectivesSupport transformation and innovation across the full employee lifecycleReimagine ways of working using digital tools and platformsPartner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition and reportingDrive process and system improvements through HR projectsOversee contracts and complianceDeliver actionable insights through HR reporting and data analysisEssential Skills & Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll be a hands-on HR generalist / Business Partner with a passion for people and strong operational expertise.
You're a natural communicator, critical thinker and trusted advisor who enjoys supporting leaders and shaping a healthy work place culture.
You'll also bring :
Minimum 3 years' experience as a HR generalist or Business Partner in a medium to large, multidisciplinary organisationStrong understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce planning.Capability in managing change and competing priorities in a complex systems environment.Hands-on, proactive approach and confident working at all levels of the organisationExcellent interpersonal skills, leadership capability and detail-orientated approachA degree in HR or a related field (or relevant experience) is desirableRight to work in AustraliaNational Police Clearance (within 6 months)Driver's LicenceNDIS Workers Orientation ModuleNDIS Worker Screening checkCOVID-19 Vaccination CertificateAt Ability WA, we care about finding the right people to join us.
