As we continue to scale rapidly, we are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead our HR & Business Services function and help shape the next phase of our journey.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing the HR & Business Services team.
You will be instrumental in delivering strategic and operational HR outcomes across our head office and 9 active projects in the Goldfields, with plans to double our workforce over the next three years.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing HR, Recruitment and Admin teamDeliver HR strategies aligned to business growth and operational objectivesManage workforce planning, reporting, analytics and monthly executive reportingOversee HRIS and payroll system implementation (Acumatica)Drive end-to-end recruitment, retention and engagement initiativesManage performance and grievance matters with professionalism and careProvide IR advice, lead policy development and maintain compliance with Fair WorkBuild leadership capability across the business through coaching and developmentDrive a people-first culture while managing risk and supporting business resilienceTo be successful in the role, you will possess : Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in contractor mining, construction or heavy industryProven ability to lead through growth, change and complexityDeep knowledge of Modern Awards, Fair Work Act and best-practice ER / IRStrong systems knowledge including HRIS and payroll systemsConfidence working with data, analytics and executive-level reportingA WA driver's licence and willingness to travel to site periodicallyWhat's On OfferPerth-based (Ascot) role, with flexible work arrangements availableWorking with a personable and relatable executive team who recognise and reward highly skilled people that contribute to the success of the businessEmployee Benefits (discounts on private health, airport parking, hotels, retail, entertainment, mobile / internet plans and more!
