What you'll be doing :
- Own the region's sales and retention strategy-including volume targets, margin setting, and strategic customer planning.
- Be on the road meeting customers and delivering personalised service.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial clients with a strong focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Seek out and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
- Confidently negotiate and handle objections to reach win-win outcomes.
- Work closely with local branch teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports that showcase your regional strategy.
What you'll need :
A valid Driver's Licence.Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical & D&A test, Police Check, and Driver History Check.Demonstrated sales experience in any industryA proactive, customer-first mindset.Exceptional time management and communication skills.A self-starter attitude who thrives on autonomy and accountability.The perks :
