Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing mid-market clients in the Melbourne region
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions, including : Infrastructure (Microsoft, HP, Lenovo), Cybersecurity (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), Networks (Fortinet Firewalls)
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Drive account growth and track performance against revenue targets
- Represent the business as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
